Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP development.
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist License.
- Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification or eligibility, if required by the district.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
