What we’re looking for:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapist license
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across elementary through high school levels
- Previous exposure to school-based OT and/or home health settings preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, student-centered environments
Your key responsibilities:
- Serve an onsite K–12 student caseload, adapting therapeutic interventions to individual needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies
- Track and report on student outcomes, ensuring compliance with IEP goals and applicable regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and school initiatives to enhance student development
