Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT; home health OT experience is an added advantage
- Passion for supporting children and adolescents with diverse needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with teachers, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions to a diverse caseload of K–12 students, targeting functional, academic, and developmental goals
- Conduct evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and regularly document progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education teams, and families to ensure alignment of therapy with student IEPs
- Provide consultative support to school staff for incorporating OT strategies across the learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
