Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience or interest in school-based Occupational Therapy
- Previous exposure to home health or pediatric OT settings is beneficial
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Enthusiasm for collaborating within educational teams and supporting diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person OT assessments and therapeutic interventions for a caseload of around 20 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support each student’s learning and functional life skills
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state requirements
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the contract
