What We’re Looking For:
- Current state licensure and credentials to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience in school-based OT settings or working with children in educational environments
- Strong clinical background in OT, with exposure to home health and healthcare settings a plus
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans for EC-5th grade students
- Collaborative spirit—ready to work closely with teachers, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to attend after-school meetings as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ occupational therapy needs and create tailored intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services in classrooms and individual settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and educators regarding student progress
