Key qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school, healthcare, or home health settings
- Proficiency in assessing and addressing developmental, sensory, and fine motor needs among children
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student participation in academic and daily activities
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with families, teachers, and IEP teams
- Commitment to supporting an inclusive learning environment for a diverse student population
- Flexibility to participate in occasional after-hours meetings
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary students, focusing on individualized goals
