Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Minnesota
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred

- Collaborative approach and flexibility
- Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students as determined by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess student abilities and develop appropriate treatment and intervention plans
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Work across assigned schools (details to be determined) within the district
- Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings, contributing expert input for goal setting and reviews
- Communicate effectively with school staff and parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to occupational therapy in schools
This contract position averages 37.5 hours per week and will kick off as soon as possible. The exact caseload and list of assigned schools will be confirmed upon placement.
