Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona

- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and varying caseloads
- Previous ESY or school-based OT experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to foster student success
- Develop and maintain individualized therapy plans, ensuring compliance with school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
