- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students’ strengths and areas of need
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support academic and functional success
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic interventions within the classroom
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student plans
- Keep accurate and compliant records of services rendered
- Provide training and resources for staff and families related to occupational therapy techniques
