Position Details:
- 2 Occupational Therapist openings
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Assignment runs August 2026 to May 2027
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility, in Illinois
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred
- Proficiency with individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with students of varying abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate intervention plans for students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements
- Adapt treatment strategies to support students’ academic and functional success
