Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with a K-12 caseload and adapting interventions for various developmental levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to manage a dynamic schedule and travel between schools as needed
- Professionalism and adaptability to meet students’ unique needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective OT services to students in multiple school environments
- Assess, plan, and implement interventions tailored to support individual educational goals
- Provide consultative services to teachers and school staff for classroom adaptations
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate progress and strategies to families and educational teams
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
