Position Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated K–12 occupational therapist to join our team. The ideal candidates will be committed to student success, skilled in differentiated instruction, and eager to contribute to a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction to students in grades K–12
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate records and follow district and state education guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Teaching License (required)
- Active FBI Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to working in a high-needs school environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in diverse or high-needs settings
- Bilingual or ESL endorsement (a plus)
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities
