- TYPE C Certification required
- Experience in school-based OT roles strongly preferred
- AK-Certified candidates encouraged to apply
- Skilled in direct, in-person student interventions—no virtual options permitted for this position
- Ability to manage a caseload totaling approximately 1,000 minutes of student contact weekly (about 16 hours)
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to a full contract through May 21, 2027, with 37.5 scheduled hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to children and adolescents in-person on campus
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and contribute to IEP development
- Provide targeted interventions, monitor progress, and document outcomes according to school and regulatory standards
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and performance within the classroom and school routines
- Maintain detailed session notes and fulfill all compliance requirements
- Participate in team meetings and offer professional expertise regarding student development and accommodations
