Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills within the school setting
- Design and execute evidence-based interventions as outlined in each student’s IEP
- Monitor, document, and report on progress toward IEP goals
- Consult with educators and families to support the student’s therapy needs and generalization of skills
- Organize a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
