School Occupational Therapist - Peoria, Arizona

The assignment takes place in a collaborative educational community for the upcoming ‘26/’27 school year, with interviews scheduled for mid-May.
As a key member of a dedicated team, you’ll provide essential support to students across one campus, serving a diverse student population. Your skills in school OT, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare will be vital in helping students develop the confidence and independence they need to succeed inside the classroom and beyond. The workday is set from 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., with early release every Wednesday at 12:30—providing you a balanced schedule to pursue both professional growth and personal interests.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hold a current Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiner's License.
- School-based OT experience; proficiency with the School-Based Medicaid Program is a plus.
- Strong background in OT—across school, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings.
- Passion for working with K-12 students and a creative, solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, thriving in multidisciplinary environments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering individualized and group therapy services to K-12 students on one campus.
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations and participating in IEP process development.
- Documenting progress, adapting strategies, and supporting school staff and families.
- Using both in-person and teletherapy skills to maximize student access to care.
