Key Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage varied cases across early childhood to middle school populations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify needs and develop personalized intervention plans.
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services tailored to each student's goals and IEP.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success within the educational environment.
- Maintain comprehensive and orderly documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing expert recommendations for interventions and accommodations.
- Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy.
