- Willingness to mentor or coordinate with a COTA if available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess and document student needs, progress, and plans for intervention
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Offer guidance on classroom adaptations and sensory strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise or work in partnership with a COTA as needed
