What You'll Need:
- Valid Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiner’s License.
- Experience working with K–12 students in school or teletherapy environments.
- Familiarity with the School-Based Medicaid Program (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptability in diverse settings such as home health, teletherapy, and traditional schools.
Role Highlights:
- Provide evidence-based OT services to students K–12 in a supportive educational setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Document progress using best practices and Medicaid requirements.
- Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP/eligibility meetings.
- Support students on site from 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m., with early release on Wednesdays at 12:30.
