What We’re Looking For:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (OT) in Michigan
- Demonstrated experience in school settings working with diverse student populations
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving caseloads and school needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable prioritizing on-site service; virtual-only candidates may be considered, but preference is given to those able to work on location
- Capacity to start promptly and commit through the end of the current school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students and develop individualized therapeutic plans to support their academic and developmental goals
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs and school initiatives
- Document progress, communicate outcomes, and provide recommendations to educational teams and families
- Encourage an inclusive and positive environment to support students’ independence and confidence
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents, offering expertise and resources
