Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Demonstrated experience providing OT services in school settings, especially with early childhood/elementary populations
- Comfort adapting interventions to IEPs, progress-monitoring, and varied learning styles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach working alongside educators, support staff, and caregivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services based on students’ IEP goals
- Offer consultative support and resources to staff and families as needed
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting plans to maximize success
- Develop engaging activities that support sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills
