Role Highlights and Responsibilities:
- Spend 3-4 days each week at the PreK Evaluation Center, conducting comprehensive play-based assessments for children ages 3-5, identifying needs and preparing recommendations for support.
- Dedicate 1-2 days weekly providing direct occupational therapy intervention in PreK centers and a local middle school, fostering growth and skill development in students.
- Document assessment results and therapy progress in accordance with educational and professional standards.
- Collaborate with educators and families to create and implement individualized strategies tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning of holistic, child-centered educational programming.
