What We’re Looking For:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Ability to effectively manage K-12 caseloads, adapting interventions to diverse developmental stages
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly within interdisciplinary educational teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills, ensuring clear progress tracking and compliance
- Passion for fostering growth, inclusion, and positive change in student lives
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assessing student needs and implementing targeted interventions in motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior
- Developing and monitoring individual therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Leading individual and group OT sessions tailored to various grade levels
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
- Documenting student progress, preparing reports, and participating in IEP meetings
- Maintaining compliance with all school and state requirements
