What we’re looking for:
- Active Ohio occupational therapist license (required)
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations (preferred)
- Ability to adapt OT strategies to a broad developmental age range, from elementary to high school

- Enthusiasm for supporting children’s educational and functional goals
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs in motor function, sensory processing, and adaptive skills

- Provide direct and indirect services in individual or group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure integrated therapy within the educational environment
- Track progress, document findings, and participate in the IEP process
- Stay informed about best practices in school-based OT
