- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to diverse student needs and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for students referred for occupational therapy services
- Develop individualized treatment plans in line with each student’s educational goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to help students improve fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing progress reports and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and reports
- Educate faculty and families regarding OT strategies to enhance classroom and home participation
