Key Qualifications:
- Hold current and valid California OT licensure
- Experience in educational, healthcare, and/or home health OT settings
- Solid understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and documentation processes
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT evaluations and therapy services to students of various ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
- Work closely with teachers, families, and allied professionals to support student success in academic and home environments
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Adjust therapy strategies in response to student progress, changing needs, and classroom demands
