Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ functional abilities within the academic environment
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student and team goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations to best support student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with educational goals
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with policies and regulations
