Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license (Washington State or eligible for endorsement)
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and comfort working across varied student populations and grade levels
- Ability to begin as soon as possible and commit through the end of the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and deliver targeted OT interventions based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student engagement and achievement
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide both direct and consultative OT services to meet diverse student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
