Qualifications & Experience:
- Current New York State Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Previous experience in schools, pediatrics, or related settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based OT interventions for school-aged children
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work across different locations and adapt to changing caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, plan, and document individualized treatment strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Maintain compliance with state and federal documentation standards
- Participate in team meetings, annual reviews, and ongoing professional development
