Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide engaging therapeutic activities to improve students’ fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
- Offer consultation and training to educational staff on best practices in occupational therapy
