Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and current Arizona OT license
- IVP Fingerprint Card required
- Experience providing OT services in a school setting preferred
- Expertise in supporting children and adolescents with a variety of needs
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt and manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services onsite to PreK-8th grade students
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to promote academic and functional success
- Document intervention strategies, student progress, and outcomes in compliance with school protocols
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support students’ IEP goals
- Participate in meetings and contribute to educational team discussions
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards and school district requirements
