As a key contributor within an interdisciplinary hospital therapy team, you’ll enrich your clinical expertise and gain exposure to a variety of working styles, innovative leadership, and different care models. This role is ideal for professionals eager to diversify their resume, adapt to dynamic healthcare environments, and collaborate across several campuses. Experience using the EPIC EMR system and work alongside deeply experienced colleagues committed to providing superior patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
- Orientation every Monday, ready for a firm 6/15 start date
- 36-40 hours per week, with billable overtime after 40 hours
- Potential floating within the discipline across local campuses
- Required to work 1-2 of 3 major summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license (OT)
- Previous experience in hospital-based therapy preferred
- Proficient with EMR systems; EPIC experience a plus
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services as an essential part of the patient care team
- Manage care across multiple departments as needed
- Document patient progress and care plans in EPIC
- Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
