Travel Occupational Therapist in Fort Dodge, IA

Schedule/Hours:
- Firm June 15th start date
- Orientation every Monday
- 36-40 hrs/week (OT applicable after 40 hrs)
- Must be available to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
- Participation in on-call rotation, including $9/hr for on-call and a 1.5x multiplier plus 2-hour minimum for call-backs
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing evaluation, intervention, and care management for a diverse hospital patient population.
- Deliver clinical care utilizing EPIC EMR.
- Float within the OT discipline across nearby campuses, promoting a flexible and adaptive approach.
- Engage with patients and care teams to foster holistic, patient-centered outcomes.
- Adhere to facility guidelines and uphold professional standards.
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital-based OT experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR is highly desirable
- Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and adapting in multiple care settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
