Schedule/Hours:
- Orientation every Monday
- NBO: 16 hours
- Expect to work 36–40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours
- Required to work 1–2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
- May be asked to float within the same discipline at nearby campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Occupational Therapy services in a hospital environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design and implement care plans
- Accurately document using the EPIC EMR system
- Take part in on-call rotations and occasional charge/preceptor duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Hospital-based therapy experience preferred
- Proficiency with EMR (EPIC experience is a plus)
- Flexibility to float locally and cover assigned summer holidays
