Schedule & Hours
- Firm start date: 6/15
- Orientation: Every Monday (16 hours)
- Summer holidays: Must be available to work 1-2 out of Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day.
- Shifts may include on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend or holiday coverage.
Desired Qualifications
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Hospital-based experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems is a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to float between campuses
- Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement individualized therapy interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR
- Participate in hospital orientation and ongoing education as needed
