This travel Occupational Therapist role offers the opportunity to collaborate within an experienced inpatient rehab team. You’ll work alongside physical and speech therapists in a modern hospital environment utilizing Cerner EMR, and will enjoy working under accessible leadership. Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts: 7:00am-5:30pm
- Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
- Holiday coverage included in staff rotation
Qualifications:
- Active California OT license required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Comfort working in a rehab team with PT and Speech
- Open to first-time travelers
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy in an inpatient rehab setting
- Collaborate with PT, Speech, and rehab aides to support patient recovery
- Participate in team meetings and care planning
- Complete timely documentation in Cerner EMR
- Engage with interdisciplinary staff and patients’ families
