Travel Occupational Therapist | Redding, California

This role offers exposure to advanced rehabilitation protocols in a hospital setting. Expand your clinical skills, learn from innovative management, and experience therapy leadership firsthand Monday through Friday, all while supporting a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 am–5:30 pm
- Every third weekend rotation
- Floor-specific, 8-hour orientation provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to hospitalized patients as part of a collaborative PT, OT, and Speech Therapy team.
- Complete evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and implement effective interventions for a variety of diagnoses.
- Participate in patient and family education, interdisciplinary case conferences, and maintain precise documentation within Cerner EMR.
- Align with hospital standards and contribute positively to the rehab environment.
Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience, with at least 1 year in an acute care hospital
- Open to first-time travel candidates with strong clinical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
