Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist
- Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills to enhance daily living and academic success
- Track and document student progress, providing clear, timely updates to supervising therapists
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Support classroom routines and transition strategies for students
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all ethical and regulatory standards
