Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Concord, CA

Qualifications/Experience:
- Active California OT or COTA license required
- Experience in school-based settings, teletherapy, or pediatric OT practices preferred
- Familiarity with elementary student needs and school therapy documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel between assigned schools
- Comfortable with part-time (0.6 FTE) consistent schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students across five schools
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop customized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Provide therapy in person, ensuring compliance with educational standards
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
