Desired Qualifications:
- Active California OT or COTA license
- Experience in school-based, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy OT settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff and families
- Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload across multiple campuses
- Passion for promoting student independence and functional abilities in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students across five campuses
- Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student success
- Document services and progress in accordance with school policy
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal planning
- Utilize both in-person and technology-supported service options as appropriate
