Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid California OT or COTA license required
- Experience in school-based practice (elementary level preferred)
- Background in healthcare, home health, or teletherapy valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple site assignments
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each school site
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to elementary students across five campuses, using evidence-based approaches
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans to support students’ academic and functional success
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff as a key member of student support teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district protocols and legal standards
- Actively participate in remote or in-person panel interviews and promptly complete onboarding requirements, including contract signing
