Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California
- Previous experience working in school settings or with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Reliable organization and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists
- Support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily life skills for elementary students
- Document student progress and maintain up-to-date, accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Assist in adapting activities and materials for increased student success and engagement
- Serve students across East Bay campuses; travel between sites may be required
