What You’ll Need:
- Valid COTA license or certification in California
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Confidence in assisting an Occupational Therapist with a diverse caseload (K-12th grade)
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a dynamic school environment
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist in the implementation of individualized therapy plans for students
- Support data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support overall student development
- Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student independence
This is a full-time, contract position with the possibility of renewal for outstanding performance and fit. Pay starts at $40 per hour and varies according to your experience in the field.
