Qualifications:
- Valid COTA license (or eligibility) for Washington state
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Energetic, compassionate, and student-centered approach
- Ability to adapt strategies to support a diverse caseload spanning elementary through high school
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Work with students in grades K-12, addressing a range of needs and abilities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ success in the classroom
- Assist in implementing and tracking therapy goals within IEPs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school requirements
- Participate in student-focused meetings and professional development
