We’re seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support elementary-aged learners across multiple campuses starting in August through June. Qualifications:
- Current, active COTA license in California
- Experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
- Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and environments
- Passion for empowering young learners through therapy interventions
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized therapy plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Provide both direct and consultative services to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and IEP goals
- Assist in assessing students and documenting therapy sessions
- Serve on multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Work across East Bay elementary campuses as caseload needs dictate
