Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

- Ability to adapt interventions to different student needs and developmental levels

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services as outlined in students’ individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assist with the implementation and documentation of therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Observe, record, and report student progress and responses to interventions
- Contribute to IEP development and attend relevant meetings as required
- Support classroom staff in integrating therapeutic strategies into daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school procedures
- Promote student independence in self-care, fine motor, and classroom participation
