You’ll provide OT services to a caseload of approximately 53 students spread across three sites, collaborating closely with staff and families to develop students’ fine and gross motor skills. Qualifications and Experience Desired
- Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience in school-based OT services required
- Skills supporting students’ fine motor and gross motor development
- Background in home health or general healthcare OT is a plus
- Comfortable managing a caseload across multiple sites
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities Include
- Deliver school-based occupational therapy, both individually and in groups
- Assess and document students’ needs and progress
- Develop and implement goals to enhance students’ functional participation in school environments
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and related service providers
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed
- Maintain compliance with all relevant documentation and reporting standards
