Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current California OT license required
- Prior experience in school settings or pediatric populations is essential
- Strong background in fine motor and gross motor skill development
- Home health and healthcare-related OT experience are advantageous
- Ability to manage and prioritize a full caseload across multiple locations
- Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT evaluations and interventions to students, collaborating with teachers and IEP teams
- Address fine and gross motor skill deficits to promote optimal educational access and participation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and state requirements
- Travel between assigned school sites as needed within the workweek
- Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development
