Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in California (OT in CA)
- Experience with fine and gross motor skill development in pediatric or school settings
- Competency with OT interventions in educational environments and/or healthcare or home health
- Ability to manage a caseload (currently 53 students across three sites)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- School-based OT background preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite OT services to students in K-12 across three school campuses
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and leadership for optimal outcomes
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to the positive, supportive culture
