Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license in California

- Proficient in assessing and supporting fine and gross motor skill development
- Ability to adapt OT interventions for K-12 educational environments
- Strong organizational skills managing a varied caseload
- Commitment to onsite, face-to-face support
- Effective communication with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and individualized interventions
- Support student participation in classroom tasks, focusing on fine and gross motor skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation meeting all state and school requirements
- Consult with educators and caregivers to facilitate student success and access to curriculum
- Travel between three local school sites as needed to fulfill student needs
