Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapeutic practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and students
- Adaptable, proactive, and compassionate approach to student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and document student progress according to district and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Adapt therapy sessions and interventions to meet unique student needs
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as necessary
